2. If you have a baby boy, you wouln need to take extra precautions when removing the diapers as exposure to air might make him urinate. Having a baby towel ready might keep you from getting wet.
3. If your baby girl had bowel movement, make sure that you wipe her bottom from the front going backwards. This would ensure that she does not catch any urinary tract infection.
4. Change your baby’s diaper as soon as it gets wet or immediately after your baby has had a bowel movement. This would prevent diaper rash from forming. Rubbing some diaper creme or ointment before putting on your baby a fresh set of diapers would also prevent diaper rash formation.
5. Every now and then, allow your baby to be diaper-free. This gives his or her skin a chance to breathe.
